About Ervin DeSmet
Ervin DeSmet has been practicing law for 35 years, with a focus on Estate Planning, Wills, Trusts, Guardianships and Probate. In the early part of his career, he was a tax attorney for the IRS. This background gave him the insight and understanding it takes to provide his clients with the best quality service when it comes to estate and financial matters.
Erv is the recent past president of the Washington State Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has been a member since 1999. He is also a former chairperson of the King County Guardianship and Elder Law Section of the King County Bar Association. He is active within the community and participates in many committees relative to his practice. He is the incoming President of the Woodinville Rotary Club. Erv's favorite hobbies are cycling, saltwater fly fishing for tarpon and bonefish, and square dancing. |
